Sometimes life gives us those hard lessons which you may never learn anywhere in a classroom set-up. Well, sometimes life reawakens us and prompts us to think beyond the very obvious. While psychologists remind us that falling in love may take a million years or forever, it takes a minute to fall out of love. The wonder thing of love is that it may take forever to erase the feeling that you were once in love.
It gets no better if former lovers try to bring each other down. It only gets nastier, if not uglier! Life has taught us that forgiveness is a virtue that no one should lack, not even the hardcore! Who can make it in this life without forgiving? Who can make it in this life without being forgiven? The scope of forgiveness lifts up the pain of rejection, the pain of betrayal that may arise after a break-up!
It is imperative to note that it is no use trying to go around spreading this and that lie about your ex in an attempt to square things. It is a known truth that some former partners have gone all the way to even kill their ex-partners on the basis of trying to feel justified! That alone makes things worse. It is a small way of illustrating immaturity and dejection.
It is important to give a former partner all the time he or she needs to get away from you and your heart. In so doing, you heal with every passing second. The desperate act of spreading hatred, and lies, may not win you back love but in the long-run it cements the basis of the fallout! If one hopes to remain relevant after a break-up, avoid simple lies and hatred directed to your ex. Instead, focus on healing, focus on mending the bridge and focus on remaining relevant. Anything contrary just leaves you irrelevant!
