I am not an expert in football matters. I have never played any serious football game myself. In fact, all i am is a Chelsea fan as far as football is concerned. By despite all that, i feel there is some element of prophecy in what i will say. No! This is not a prophecy per se, lest people start flocking me for a similar treatment.
I feel come the end of the 2007 - 2008 FA Premier League, Chelsea will be crowned the champions. Well, this is quite expected more so by the Chelsea fans, but i think my predictions goes beyond that. After all, a Manchester United fan will predict their team winning the league, and so will an Arsenal fan. Yet, i can argue my prediction.
With all the top three teams having played an equal number of games and remaining with equal number of games, Chelsea will be the team to reap more points from the remaining games. They have five home games which might decide where the title goes. Home advantage is there and the zeal to prove a point. The three away games are also favourable. I believe Chelsea will manage 16 points from the remaining games. This will make their total to 81.
Manchester United have four home games and four away games. Most of the teams Manchester United will be facing are the teams that against all odds, do beat them. This is even more when you look at the teams Manchester United has to face in about four games. I believe Manchester United will manage 12 points from the remaining fixtures. This will make their total to 79.
Arsenal is the team to lose here. They have their psychological strength down!
